PRICING
Due to market fluctuations Aroma for Life reserves the right to adjust prices
at any time without notice. Prices shown on the web site are considered up
to date and will be honored. Please note - if you have our price catalog
please check the web site for the latest price before ordering.
SHIPPING CHARGES - UNITED STATES
Actual shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You have several options
from which to choose. All products will be insured. You will
be supplied with the necessary tracking and/or claim number to use in the
event your order is lost or damaged. If you do not receive your order in
a reasonable length of time let us know. Aroma for Life has no control of
its packages once it is handed over to the carrier.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY - United States
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please choose
one of the shipping options available. Aroma for Life reserves the
right to change the option you choose if we determine that another option
will get the products to you faster or the carrier you have chosen has restrictions on the products
being shipped. We use the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS. USPS Priority Mail
normally takes 2-3 business days depending on the distance from
Baton Rouge, zip code 70810. UPS Ground delivery time is usually within 5 days.
We have no control once we hand the package over to the carrier. We are not responsible
for delays in shipment. Your order cannot be canceled after it is shipped. We do not ship COD.
We make every attempt to get your order out as quickly as possible. However, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping.
SHIPPING/PAYMENT
- INTERNATIONAL (Including Canada)
Because of increased security by international shippers we can only
ship via surface mail. You must notify us before making a purchase to be sure
we can ship to your location. Since surface mail is the only option we
will ship to you under the following condition: By finalizing your order you agree
that Aroma for Life will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged,
confiscated, etc. goods once it is handed over to the carrier. You, the buyer, are responsible for
any taxes, duties, and/or any fees associated with goods entering your country.
Due to the increasing amount of credit card fraud attempts we will accept
payments through PayPal or International Money Order in United States
Funds. A credit card is acceptable if it is from a United States bank. If you attempt to use a credit card from a
non-U.S. bank it will be rejected. Please e-mail us for total price, including shipping. If
you pay by PayPalclick on "Pay by PayPal" at check-out. NOTICE: WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO A PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Orders,
Certified Checks, and Business or Personal Checks. When paying by credit
card make sure you enter the cardholder's name and the address where the
credit card statement is received. If the information is not correct your
card will be declined.

CHECK POLICY
All personal/business checks received must clear your bank and the funds deposited in our account before
your order is processed. At the time we deposit your check there is a MINIMUM ten (10) business days waiting period for checks to clear. U.S. Money
Orders and Certified/Cashiers Checks have no waiting period. Make checks
payable to: Aroma for Life. Mail payment to: Aroma for Life, 611 Spring Cove Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70810.
It is understood and agreed that upon presentation of a check as the form of payment for any transaction(s) that take place with Aroma for Life, that you are entering into a contractual agreement that obligates you and holds you responsible for any and all penalties, costs and incidental damages allowable under law, but not limited to, return check charges, state surcharges, interest, collection costs, legal expenses, attorney fees and expenses incidental to the principal obligation on any check that is returned non-payable. You agree that returned checks, state surcharges and incidental fees may be debited from your account electronically or by way of a paper draft, by Aroma for Life or Aroma for Life’s representative.
RETURNS/REFUSALS
Check your package carefully when you receive it. If you receive damaged goods
notify the carrier to submit a claim. Keep all damaged goods as you received
it and notify Aroma for Life. After we receive the damaged goods we will
assess the damage and issue a replacement as necessary. We cannot issue a
replacement if we do not receive the damaged products. Keep everything in
tact. Include a copy of the invoice, reason for the return, and ship to:
Aroma for Life – Returns, 611 Spring Cove Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70810. All returns must be in their original container. Due
to health reasons we cannot accept for return any essential oils, absolutes,
blends, or carrier oils. Please make sure what you order is what you want. We encourage you to purchase a smaller size if you are not sure. Custom made products cannot be returned. We cannot reimburse shipping costs. Do not return
any items COD.
We will accept any returns due to our error, no questions asked. If you
refuse to accept the shipment or you decide to return an item just because
you don't want it you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS
Occasionally we may have to back order an item you want. If this happens
we will notify you by e-mail or phone. Our normal back order delay time
is 4 business days by the time we receive the item and ship to you.
SECURITY
All purchase transactions are handled through an encrypted gateway server.
Only the receiving server can decipher the information provided. Your personal
